  • This was such an interesting conversation! I am new to weightlifting but have been crossfitting for years. I was curious about Sean’s comments regarding taking two months totally off from lifting. Would he include doing some re-balancing type of bodybuilding in those two months? E.g., targeting strength and mobility imbalances in the gym, instead of working with the barbell.
