What’s your opinion on why the deadlift was so light , I haven’t attempted the workout but my guess is to leave energy for 15.1a I mean 115 lb is really light I warm up with 135 just because the 45 lb plates put the bar at standard height ( I have metal plates)
Probably so that there’s no fuss changing weights. Also, the load isn’t the test. It’s pace and flow. Strength is tested on the C&J in 15.1A. I like the WOD. Chris
Being a larger fellow cake eating Crossfitter. My ego was crushed to find out that wearing jorts was actually cheating. I’ve kept the jort secret to myself and now it is known to the world. It’s like you shared the ancient kung fu secrets with the whole world!!!!
Please the world is not ready for such Secrets!!!!
P.S. Great Tips Better Humor
Dude, I’m a powerlifter. I have definitely cheated with some tight shorts on countless occasions. Proud! 🙂
Only, the jorts aren’t cheating in PL…they’re encouraged.
This was f’ing great. Had me cracking up the entire time. I’m hitting the WOD this morning. Thanks for all the help.
Go get it… 🙂
What percentages do you recommend beginning with for the C&J? I’ve heard of lots of PRs from those who have run it but I don’t want to start too heavy and miss any early attempts!
Thanks strong friends!
