  • I know this is “ass licking” but thank you for making me think. I have gone years without thinking or challenging what I “know” to be true.

    • Riley, thanks. As you might imagine, sometimes it’s hard to tell if ranting into a microphone for an hour is a valuable thing to do. Great feedback keeps the fire going.

      Cheers,

  • Great podcast…love the raw, be yourself, uncensored approach to the whole program…good points made about avoiding cookie cutter methods and keeping shit simple. Swedish coach video was a good share.

  • I freaking love The National. All the wine has been my jam for years!! When I was in the military my buddies and I would pregame to this before hitting the streets in Seattle. Dude, so many memories.

  • That very split second when you turn on Get Change and the music is on point… Oh its a beautiful thing. I was really struck by the idea of sound technique. In life AND in lifting it is sound technique that will get that weight from point A to point B with the *necessary* amount of energy and minimal waste. I.e. just as sloppy technique creates inefficiency under the bar, excuses and poor rationale can really crush resolution and resolve. Great episode brotha. Much love!
