  • The soccer field hack that saved my life for 6 years:

    Bring your TRX and a KB. Almost every field has a tree or a chain link fence to clamp the TRX to. Now you can do interval sprits around the field, get back to your TRX, do some upper body pulling, get in some swings, mix in some bodyweight work, and get back to running. I was almost always done before warmups were over, could watch the whole game, and I had a meal I’d brought with me to refuel afterward.
