    QUESTION: to do a workout (With weights in it), to get the right stimulus, I usually scale the weights according to my bodyweight and adjust them a bit based on my technique. My take is workouts are designed for Male Athlete who are about 190Lbs and Female Athlete who are about 130Lbs (Yes, that’s FRAN x 2). What’s wrong/right with this way of scaling, please?
    Note: to learn about scaling, I think looking at the CrossFit Training Faceb**k page is a good place to start. IMHO, their comments on Main Site WOD are gold.
