How Does it Work?
Boulders For Shoulders is a 3-month long, shoulder mobility program to increase range of motion, strength, and stability.
Boulders for Shoulders is to be used for shoulder prehab, pre-workout movement prep, and cool down to reduce shoulder pain and increase mobility.
You will receive shoulder specific mobility and stability routines, log sheets to track progress, and video explanation of every movement.
Perform each routine before or after your training to warm up, cool down, or alone to increase flexibility.
You will increase your extension, flexion, and rotation to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and create boulders for shoulders.
What Equipment is Needed?
Access to a foam roller or lacrosse ball will help with myofascial release.
Small dumbbells or very light weights will help with internal and external rotation activation.
If you have access to a yoga mat, it always feels nice to not lay directly on the ground.
